<p>Many family law cases have substantial issues pertaining to custody and support. Keith is a former city councilman and mayor of La Palma, having served two terms (1984-1992). He served on the Cypress College Foundation from 1989 through 2009, holding every office, including president in 1991 and 1992. In 2010, he was appointed to the Orange County Senior Citizens Advisory Commission, representing the City of La Palma.</p>
