In the past decade, we have had the opportunity to handle three of the largest personal injury matters by any firm in the Long Beach legal community. Each of these cases involved clients who suffered major catastrophic life threatening injuries. We marshaled the necessary medical and technical experts and prosecuted the cases aggressively with favorable settlements in the amount of $9,250,000 for one plaintiff and $10,000,00 for the second, and $4,000,000 for the third. In each matter numerous hours were spent with consultants and judges in settlement conferences, and trial preparation. After reaching the settlements firm members secured the necessary probate court approvals and coordinated the retention of professional financial planners and life care specialists to guarantee the future for the clients. The clients have maintained close relations with the firm years after the resolution of their cases.
